Shipping timelines, Live Arrival Guarantee terms, weather-related requirements, customer address responsibility, and post-delivery responsibility are governed by the Iron Roots Shipping Policy.

6. All Sales Final

All sales are final once shipped. Iron Roots does not accept returns on live plants.

Any Live Arrival Guarantee claim is subject to the requirements and limitations stated in our Shipping Policy.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout
reviewing local weather conditions before ordering
selecting any recommended shipping protections, including winter protection when needed
reviewing all posted store policies before purchase

Iron Roots is not responsible for issues caused by customer error, including incorrect shipping information or failure to purchase required shipping protection.

8. Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Iron Roots is not responsible for theft, delayed retrieval, weather exposure, or other damage occurring after delivery.

Iron Roots may assist with carrier claims when possible, but claim outcomes are not guaranteed and remain subject to the carrier’s process.
